We accept returns and exchanges of items returned within 30 days of delivery date. Item(s) should be in their original condition, unused, and free from any damage or alterations. Customers are responsible return shipping costs.
Exchange Credit: We offer free exchange shipping labels for pillow covers (not inserts) + a 15% credit on exchange requests.
Bulk / Large order returns (10 or more pillow covers): Due to the time and resource intensive nature of constructing your covers, we offer the following options for bulk/large order returns:
Store Credit: We’re happy to refund the full order amount to store credit.
Credit to original payment method: Refunds to original payment method will incur a 15% restocking fee.

I love the fabric. Can I order extra fabric in the green color?

I've bought pillow covers from Coterie before, and I already knew they make high quality items. It's hard to find soft, really nice velvet, so when I saw this new pillow online I decided to get it to switch out a living room pillow for winter. The green color is gorgeous, the velvet is really soft, and the way the velvet has a striped pattern adds texture. Very happy about this purchase!
