Shipping Estimates

Thank you so much for shopping with us! We resumed full-scale production in our Brooklyn workshop on June 8th. Prior to the crisis, smaller orders shipped same-day or next day. We expect to get back to those ship times towards the end of July. We get a little closer every day! 

Current order prep estimates are as follows:
- Orders of 1 to 3 covers are ready to ship between 5 and 7 business days
- Orders of 4 to 9 covers are ready to ship between 1 and 2 weeks
- Orders of 10 or more covers are ready to ship within 3 weeks, depending on size of order

We will try our best to ship within these estimates, but there may be additional delays if we experience Covid related supply issues. Shipping estimates provided in item descriptions prior to purchase are for single item orders. Larger orders require more time and resources to prepare. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know.

All orders ship free to the U.S. via First Class / Ground delivery.

Returns and COVID 19
We are accepting returns, but ask that customers consider the effort required keep the shop operational and safe during this period. If items are received with no defects, we ask that you make an extra effort to make them work, or possibly gift them, instead of shipping them back.

We accept returns if notified within 3 days of delivery. Requests after this point will be denied. Item(s) should be sent back to us within 7 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

- Custom orders
- Negotiated orders
- Larger orders (5 or more pillow covers)
- Damage to vintage/mudcloth covers if used outside of decorative purposes
- Discounted / Sale items
- Damaged / Used items

Shipping Fees
- The cost incurred to ship items will not be refunded.
- Customer is responsible for return postage.

We inspect all returned items for signs of wear and damage. If returned items are used or damaged, we may reduce refund amount as appropriate.

We strongly suggest decorative use only for mudcloth and other vintage pillow covers.
