Store Policies & Faq

Order prep estimates updated 7/29/2021.
Thank you for choosing Coterie! Current shipping estimates are as follows:

- Orders of 1 - 20 pillow covers ship between 1 and 3 business days
- Prep times on larger orders vary depending on size of order but will generally ship in under 5 business days.  

The shipping windows above are our best estimate of order prep times. We make every effort to ship within estimates provided, but there may be additional delays. Orders ship free to the U.S. via Ground or First Class delivery.

RETURNS: 
We accept returns if notified within 7 days of delivery. Item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery. Requests after this point will be denied.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Damaged, Worn or Used items. 
  Damaged mudcloth or vintage pillow covers if used outside of decorative purposes.
- Larger orders (5 or more pillow covers) are eligible for store credit only.*

*Larger orders are time and resource intensive and have historically slowed down overall ship times for all customers. We gladly accept larger orders, however we will only provide store credit for full or partial returns on orders of 5 or more covers.

Shipping Fees
- Customers are responsible for return postage.

We inspect all returned items for signs of wear and damage. If returned items are used or damaged, we may reduce refund amount as appropriate. We strongly suggest decorative use only for mudcloth, vintage, and other hand-loomed pillow covers.

There may be small variations in finished pillow cover size since they are handmade. Any variance should have no visible impact on look and feel of pillow once an insert is in the cover.
