Store Policies

Thank you for choosing Coterie! Orders ship free to the U.S. via Ground or First Class delivery.

- Pillow covers and all other decor items ship between 1 and 2 business days.
- Prep times on bulk or wholesale pillow cover orders will vary depending on order size, but we generally ship under 5 business days.  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: 
We accept returns and exchanges of unused items. Items should be returned in original condition within 30 days of order date. Customers are responsible for return postage. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Damaged or Used items. 
- Clearance sale items
- Larger orders (5 or more pillow covers) are eligible for store credit only.*

*Due to the handmade nature of our pillow covers, returns on larger pillow orders are eligible for store credit/exchange only.  Larger orders are time and resource intensive and have historically slowed down overall ship times for all customers. We gladly accept larger orders, however full or partial returns on larger orders are eligible for store credit/exchange only.

We inspect all returned items for signs of wear and damage. If returned items are used or damaged, we may reduce refund amount as appropriate. We strongly suggest decorative use only for mudcloth, vintage, and other hand-loomed pillow covers.

There may be small variations in finished pillow cover size since they are handmade. Any variance should have no visible impact on look and feel of pillow once an insert is in the cover.
