Bulk / Large order returns (10 or more pillow covers): Due to the time and resource intensive nature of constructing your covers, we offer the following options for bulk/large order returns:
Store Credit: We’re happy to refund the full order amount to store credit.
Credit to original payment method: Refunds to original payment method will incur a 15% restocking fee.

This is very well-made and high quality. The fabric of the black is a strong fabric and does not drop lint like others! Very sturdy and the insert is weighty and dense adding to the overall quality of the product. I have returned 3 other pillow I ordered due to shedding, poor seams, etc. I love this and highly recommend!
