Katama is a hand-spun and handwoven textile, made of 100% pure wool that is minimally treated to maintain its beauty and natural appeal. The wool is fibrous and hearty to the touch, over time the texture becomes softer allowing this rug to age gracefully in your space. Small weaving imperfections, pattern variations, nubs and discolorations should be expected and appreciated. Imperfections in handmade textiles are part of what makes each unique and special - we don't consider them defects, we like them this way, as I'm sure you will too.

We accept returns and exchanges of items returned within 30 days of delivery date. Item(s) should be in their original condition, unused, and free from any damage or alterations. Customers are responsible return shipping costs.
Exchange Credit: We offer free exchange shipping labels for pillow covers (not inserts) + a 15% credit on exchange requests.
Bulk / Large order returns (10 or more pillow covers): Due to the time and resource intensive nature of constructing your covers, we offer the following options for bulk/large order returns:
Store Credit: We’re happy to refund the full order amount to store credit.
Credit to original payment method: Refunds to original payment method will incur a 15% restocking fee.
