We accept returns and exchanges of items returned within 30 days of delivery date. Item(s) should be in their original condition, unused, and free from any damage or alterations. Customers are responsible return shipping costs.

The pillow and pillow insert (I got the down alternative) are high quality. Beautiful, luxury pillows. The cover is slightly off white, but goes perfectly on a white couch. I will order from here again.
