We accept returns and exchanges of items returned within 30 days of delivery date. Item(s) should be in their original condition, unused, and free from any damage or alterations. Customers are responsible return shipping costs.
Exchange Credit: We offer free exchange shipping labels for pillow covers (not inserts) + a 15% credit on exchange requests.
Bulk / Large order returns (10 or more pillow covers): Due to the time and resource intensive nature of constructing your covers, we offer the following options for bulk/large order returns:
Store Credit: We’re happy to refund the full order amount to store credit.

Very good quality. I’ve bought a plethora of pillows and returned most of them. Not this one. This one stays. Beautiful texture to add to pillows on couch which was exactly what in was after. The wool smell got me a little (as with anything wool I purchase) but it’s been a week and I don’t notice it now. it’s not a bad smell..it’s just a wool smell. This is not a soft pillow to cuddle on but it’s not overly scratchy. It’s an accent pillow and it’s beautiful. I’m not done putting my couch together but I will post a pic of my work in progress . I may even return couch for leather lol. Suggestions welcome. I wanted a white couch but I just couldn’t pull trigger
