We accept returns and exchanges of items returned within 30 days of delivery date. Item(s) should be in their original condition, unused, and free from any damage or alterations. Customers are responsible return shipping costs.
Exchange Credit: We offer free exchange shipping labels for pillow covers (excludes inserts) + a 15% credit on exchange requests.
Bulk / Large order returns (10 or more pillow covers): Due to the time and resource intensive nature of constructing your covers, we offer the following options for bulk/large order returns:
Store Credit: We’re happy to refund the full order amount to store credit.
Credit to original payment method: Refunds to original payment method will incur a 15% restocking fee.

The Hanover print in rust is perfect for my sofa. I have a beautiful handmade wool rug, and I wanted something that would look good with it. I switch the pillows cover occasionally, always with another one from Coterie.
I've bought two different pillow covers for my sofa and two larger, matching pillow covers for my bed years ago. The fabric on all of them was gorgeous and very high quality. The covers were very well made. I'm not going back to any of the known stores for pillow covers again (West Elm, Crate & Barrel, CB2, Pottery Barn) as the quality just doesn't live up to Coterie. And I like buying from an independent store.
