We accept returns and exchanges of items returned within 30 days of delivery date. Item(s) should be in their original condition, unused, and free from any damage or alterations. Customers are responsible return shipping costs.
Exchange Credit: We offer free exchange shipping labels for pillow covers (excludes inserts) + a 15% credit on exchange requests.
Bulk / Large order returns (10 or more pillow covers): Due to the time and resource intensive nature of constructing your covers, we offer the following options for bulk/large order returns:
Store Credit: We’re happy to refund the full order amount to store credit.
Credit to original payment method: Refunds to original payment method will incur a 15% restocking fee.

The design quality and overall look of this product is exceptional.
This pillow was the final component for the other pillows purchased for our sectional for a summer look. The lumbar pillow cover I originally wanted was out of stock. Turns out, the Ivy pattern was exactly what I needed to compliment the other two pillows I had chosen for the center.Together, the three pillows, each a different size, look fabulous. I previously ordered pillows for each end of the sectional and they ALL look terrific! Thank you, Coterie Brooklyn, for all the choices available!
I love these pillows they are exactly what I was looking for and they completed the vision for my master bedroom. They are thick and good quality and I like the zipper placement on the back. I ordered the 17” pillow cover and I would recommend an insert 1-2 sizes larger for the oversized look that you can chop!
