We accept returns and exchanges of items returned within 30 days of delivery date. Item(s) should be in their original condition, unused, and free from any damage or alterations. Customers are responsible return shipping costs.
Exchange Credit: We offer free exchange shipping labels for pillow covers (not inserts) + a 15% credit on exchange requests.
Bulk / Large order returns (10 or more pillow covers): Due to the time and resource intensive nature of constructing your covers, we offer the following options for bulk/large order returns:
Store Credit: We’re happy to refund the full order amount to store credit.
Credit to original payment method: Refunds to original payment method will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Gorgeous velvet with a bit of a vintage feel. When I placed my order online, EJ, from Coterie, actually took the time to reach out to me to confirm the size of the pillow insert, since I ordered one that didn't match the size of the cover. Great to do business with a small company that notices and cares about details.

I just received the Roux Saffron pillow. It is well made, soft to the touch, and color is just as pictured on-line (very important as I was trying to match this to a sofa with patterned upholstery.)

Wow! This velvet pillow is gorgeous. The color is rich, true to what is shown and it’s made very well. I bought two to be placed on cream colored swivel chairs. Unfortunately I don’t have the chairs yet to take a picture of everything together. I know they will look perfect!
