Thank you for choosing Coterie! Prep times for made to order items have been extended due to strong demand. We are shipping within windows provided below!
- Orders of 1 to 9 covers are ready to ship between 3 and 7 business days
- Orders of 10 or more covers are ready to ship betweeen 2 to 3 weeks, depending on size of order
The shipping windows above are our best estimate of order prep times given a variety of continuously changing factors. We will try our best to ship within estimates provided, but there may be additional delays.
All orders ship free to the U.S. via First Class / Ground delivery.
***Selecting Priority or Express shipping at checkout will only expedite transit speed once shipped. It will not expedite pillow cover construction time.
Our Process:
Stitched By Grace branded pillow covers are made to order with care in our Brooklyn Studio. Once we have your order in hand, you will be assigned a specialist who will select, trim and construct your pillow covers. Thanks to wonderful customers like you, our shop has remained popular since inception in 2017. We are continuously working to reduce lead times, but ask for your patience as your order is prepped and shipped.
Returns:
Because of the bespoke nature of our service, our return policy differs from one you'd find at a larger e-commerce retailer. Please carefully review:
We accept returns if notified within 7 days of delivery. Item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery. Requests after this point will be denied.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Damaged / Used items. Damaged mudcloth or vintage pillow covers if used outside of decorative purposes
- Larger orders (5 or more pillow covers) are eligible for store credit only.*
*Larger orders are time and resource intensive and have historically slowed down overall ship times for all customers. We gladly accept larger orders, however we will only provide store credit for full or partial returns on orders of 5 or more covers.
Shipping Fees
- Customers are responsible for return postage.
We inspect all returned items for signs of wear and damage. If returned items are used or damaged, we may reduce refund amount as appropriate. We strongly suggest decorative use only for mudcloth and other vintage pillow covers.
There may be small variations in finished pillow cover size since they are handmade. Any variance should have no visible impact on look and feel of pillow once an insert is in the cover.
